These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website coreaxiomnet.com ("Website") and your requests for fitness coaching.

Our coaching is fitness-focused. It does not provide medical or clinical services, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. You should not rely on any coaching content as medical advice.

4. Requests, responses, and no guaranteed results

If you submit a request (for example, through a contact/lead form), it does not automatically guarantee that we will provide coaching. We may contact you to clarify your request and availability.

Any training recommendations are based on the information you share and are general fitness guidance. Results vary by individual factors, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

We avoid misleading claims and ensure compliance for health-related advertising in accordance with Закон України "Про рекламу".

5. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, coreaxiomnet.com, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in coaching.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

6. Personal data and consent

If the Website processes personal data connected with your request (for example, your contact details), the processing is based on a lawful basis. Where consent is required, you will be asked to consent in accordance with the law.
